I'm a registered psychologist specializing in child psychology, individual therapy, and family counselling. I provide support with a range of concerns, including parenting, divorce and separation, anxiety, social difficulties, school-related concerns, grief and loss, ADHD, autism, trauma, sleep and insomnia, and emotional regulation.
I've completed training in EMDR therapy, CBT-I for insomnia and sleep, and the ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) trauma framework to support individuals and children who have experienced trauma.
I use an integrated approach, focusing on attachment and emotional processing while drawing on a variety of techniques to suit each individual. I value each client's unique qualities and work with them to develop their strengths and meet their goals.
Children engage best through play, so I incorporate games and activities in my sessions to help them have a positive experience with the counselling process.
My philosophy
“Healing begins the moment you give yourself permission to breathe, to be, and to become. You are not a project to be finished, but a soul to be nurtured.”
